PROFESSIONAL

Blake began his professional career at a management services company in St. Louis after earning his degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He quickly progressed to a consultant and Project Manager role at a St. Louis-based financial technology company, where he led the firm’s integrated payments division and provided guidance to other software companies.

 

In July 2021, Blake joined the Gatewood Wealth Solutions team. In his current role, he assists our team of advisors in managing the firm’s clients’ overall financial planning and performance, demonstrating his commitment to client-focused financial guidance. Blake serves as an essential part of each Client Care team. As an Operations Associate, he oversees the administrative details of client accounts with precision and timeliness, ensuring all requisite documentation are managed accurately and promptly.

 

Blake holds his Series 6 & 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial, as well as his Life & Health licenses.

PERSONAL

Raised in Lebanon, a small town in Central Kentucky, Blake completed his undergraduate studies in marketing at Eastern Kentucky University. He was an active member Sigma Chi fraternity and held leadership roles within the university’s Inter-Fraternity Council.

 

In 2018, Blake embraced a new adventure by relocating to St. Louis not only to begin his professional career, but to enhance his academic credentials by pursuing an MBA with a focus on Project Management at Lindenwood University. Beyond his commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence, Blake cherishes outdoor activities, often spending his leisure time engaged in sand volleyball, paddle boarding, and various active pursuits.
