Joey graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration (emphasis in Finance and Banking, and Real Estate) as well as in Economics. He also obtained a Certificate in Investments, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of diverse financial domains.

During his time at the University of Missouri, Joey was actively involved in Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, where he held a seat on the executive board and served as President in 2022. His leadership and dedication were evident in his successful tenure, where he demonstrated strong organizational and managerial skills.

Joey's academic excellence earned him the prestigious Student CFA Scholarship at the University of Missouri, a testament to his commitment to the field of finance.
