Tina serves as Gatewood’s Chief People Person, bringing more than 20 years of experience partnering with small and mid-sized organizations to strengthen their people, culture, and operational foundations. Tina brings a hands-on, practical approach to human resources that supports both business growth, organizational efficiency and overall employee well-being.

Tina’s background spans strategic HR leadership, talent development, and operational excellence. She is known for helping organizations translate vision into action by implementing the right tools, building scalable processes, and ensuring the right people are in place to support long-term objectives. Her work is rooted in the belief that strong cultures and thoughtful people strategies drive sustainable business results. Throughout her career, Tina has worked closely with leadership teams to design and implement proven HR, talent, and culture strategies tailored to the unique challenges of growing organizations. She brings a collaborative mindset and a deep understanding of how people systems, leadership development, and day-to-day operations intersect.
